Return Policy
For purchases made directly on MyJoyWorld.com, we offer a money-back guarantee and a Lifetime Warranty for replacements.
- Money-Back Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with your earbuds, you may return them for a full refund or replacement of any other MyJoy earbud. - Replacement Policy for Non-Website Purchases:
If you purchased MyJoy earbuds from a third-party retailer, we can only offer a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty. Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from MyJoyWorld.com.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
